Terms of Use
Last updated
These terms apply to gravta.com and the free tools on it. The site is run by Gravta LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Gravta”, “we”), 800 N King Street, Suite 304 #3616, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States. By using the site, you agree to them. Work we do for clients is covered by a separate agreement, not by these terms.
Using the site
You can use the site to learn about Gravta and to request our free tools. Please don’t misuse it: no attempts to break or overload it, get around spam protection, scrape it at scale, or submit content you don’t have the right to share.
Free tools
Our free tools, such as the creative audit, TV spot analysis, trailer review and AI agents, give a quick, informed view of your ads. They are:
- Informational. They aren’t professional advice and don’t guarantee any result for your campaigns. Decide with your own judgment.
- Partly made with AI. Some outputs are generated or assisted by AI and may contain mistakes.
- Offered as available. We may limit, change or stop them at any time, and may decline a request.
What you send us
You keep the rights to what you send us, such as ads, links and brand details. You confirm you’re allowed to share it, and you let us use it to deliver the tool or answer your request. We don’t publish it or use it in our marketing without your permission.
What we send you
The results we send you are yours to use inside your company. The methods, templates, software and other material behind them remain ours.
Our content
The site’s text, videos, images, software and design belong to Gravta or to the clients and partners who licensed them to us. Client names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to describe work we did for them. Gravta® is a registered trademark. Please don’t copy or reuse our content without permission.
Links to other sites
We link to other sites, for example as sources. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content.
No warranty and limits on liability
The site and free tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Gravta isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or the free tools. Our total liability for anything related to them is limited to USD 100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
